Traveling Directions to Balloonatics & Aeronuts

Follow these directions to our meeting place. From here we travel a short distance to one of several launch fields known as a balloonport.

It is important to be on time for your balloon flight. It is even better to be a little bit earlier. We cannot fly too late in the morning because wind picks up as the sun rises and we also must land before sunset per the FAA requirements.

Traveling East from The Poconos


Follow Route 80 to exit 4B (Buttzville, Portland).

Stay on Route 46 East. Follow Route 46 East to second stop light (Approximately 8.6 miles). This is intersection of Route 46 and Route 519.

Turn Right (South) on Route 519. Follow Route 519 South approx. 8.5 miles. Make a right on Harmony Station Road. Go to the second intersection and make a right onto Brainards Road. Balloonatics will be the first farm on the right.

Traveling West From NY & NJ Metropolitan area


Follow Route 78 to Exit 3 (Last exit in New Jersey).

Follow to third light, which is Route 519. Take Route 519 North. Cross Route 57 and continue on Route 519 to stop sign. Turn right, continuing on Rt. 519 for a 1/4 mile. Then turn left on Brainards Road just past Harmony Hardware. Go 1 mile Balloonatics will be on the right .
